Andy is the powerful Internet leader and Chicago investigator who has doggedly pursued Obama for the past four years.
Martin’s first and most critical news conference will disclose the findings of his research team in Hawaii concerning the secret truths about Barack Obama. A news release to follow (#2) will announce new filings at the Hawai’i Supreme Court later today (the legal issues before the Court are entirely separate and distinct from, although possibly related to, the “secret truths”).
Finally a news conference late today will reference the late U. S. Senator Hiram Fong.

Why is no one picking up on this? Fox? Rush? Heard an inkling on Steve Malzberg....GET THE BALL ROLLING......this will take on a life of its on.......
I think they are waiting for Andy Martin to go first. Because of Andy's checkered past -- which doesn't bother me -- they are reluctant and cautious unless and until Andy demonstrates that "he has the goods".
Perhaps Andy's news conference today will do that. I believe once the goods are demonstrated, all hell can then break loose.

I take it you were hoping to be able to announce you had the birth cert? And why is it that NO ONE can get a copy of that thing?
At this point, it seems fairly logical to assume the reason no can get a copy is, it does not exist. At least, whatever is in there will not attest to Obama's claim of being a natural born citizen. Maybe they are hoping to delay long enough to find some loophole. The question is, what is the big deal? And why on earth doesn't someone who is a presidential candidate have to provide this information and have it validated before they are put on the ballot??
SO... what does this mean... Dead End?
Please say there was a Plan B.

Why break the news release in three parts?
why isnt anybody filing at the Supreme Court? If this petition was denied because it named the wrong persons to which would otherwise thought to have the authority to inspect and review these records, then he should be filing a class-action petition on behalf of as many AMERICANS that can join in sich a suit and file at Supreme Court. I'm just a lowly paralegal of course, and know nothing compared to the intellect of a brilliant lawyer (ever notice how lawyers are so book smart but dumb as a fricken tree??)but what I can not fathom in all of this is that "legal procedure" far outweighs "constitutional crises". I live in the USSA??? That's likely how ole' Joe spells it anyway.
