She said she and the president had visited “his home country in Kenya.” My “in” box immediately began to fill up with people advising me that Michelle had “admitted” that Barry O is a Kenyan. Sadly, that’s not the case.

Let me begin this extended column by saying I am not a “birther.” I have searched diligently and found no evidence that Barack Obama was born in Kenya. In fact, Obama hates me precisely because I reject the Kenya-birth theory. Barack and Michelle “love” the birthers. They take care to feed the birthers occasional morsels, like “home country in Kenya” spiel and other similar remarks. Why? Because the Obamas then turn around and demonize the people who are so anti-Obama that they will believe almost anything, even if there is no credible evidence to support the claim. “See,” they say, “this is what we are up against.”
The more extreme the “birther” claims, the more the Obamas enjoy them. Has anyone ever seen Obama attack extreme birthers Orly Taitz or Phil Berg? Not once. Obama’s political movement thrives on unsubstantiated accusations from detractors.
Obama has only attacked three opponents by name: Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, and me.
During the past year I was involved in a political campaign in Illinois for Barack Obama’s former U. S. Senate seat. I lost the primary. A pro-Obama Republican won. Go figure.
In this column I propose to provide a recap of the history of the anti-Obama movement, and to explain where we (and I) go from here.
1. By accident, I became the “Founding Father” of Obama’s
Opposition:
Very much by accident I became the Founding Father of the anti-Obama movement. I was intrigued by Obama’s theatrics at the 2004 Democratic National Convention and launched an international investigative operation to look into his past. We turned up gaps, questions and apparent lies in Obama’s biography. My initial column did not, however, attract a lot of attention.
But as Obama began to rise in national politics people turned to me for my original analysis, and kept asking for more. We kept investigating and kept researching. Many of my original columns can be found in my first book, “Obama: The Man Behind the Mask.” As my writing attracted more notice, Obama began to launch dirty tricks operations to smear me with lies, distortions and thuggery.
In August, 2008 I was contacted by a lawyer, Phil Berg, who said he was suing Obama. I told Berg his lawsuit was a loser, and I explained why. I told Berg his lawsuit would help Obama, because it would be thrown out of court and Obama could then claim a “victory.” I asked Berg not to file his frivolous claims. He ignored my advice.
I came to believe Berg was really a profiteer. He used a series of increasingly shrill attacks to collect a small fortune in anti-Obama cash during 2008. But as I predicted, his lawsuit was nonsense and last year his appeal was denied, Berg v. Obama, 586 F.3d 234 (3rd Cir. 2009). Berg has faded.
In August 2008, I was also contacted by a representative of Fox News’ Sean Hannity. Hannity’s staff eventually interviewed me, and I became a guest on his program. My appearance on October 5, 2008 on “Hannity’s America” became the defining media moment of the presidential campaign and triggered new counter-attacks by Obama. Robert Gibbs went on Hannity’s show and denounced me. More lies. Gibbs attacked Hannity for having me as a guest.
Although Hannity’s October 5th program featured numerous guests, Gibbs targeted me because my presentation did the most harm to Obama. Why did Obama single me out for personal smears? Because it was obvious I was digging for the facts, and trying to connect the dots involving Obama’s sordid personal history:

My October 5th appearance on Hannity's program became so critical that it eventually turned up on the front page of the New York Times. I had linked all of the rogues in Obama’s life to his campaign for the presidency in a casual, composed, coherent manner. I was the first person to call Obama a “socialist” on national television.
Obama loves people who exaggerate and lie about him. He hates me because I have stayed focused on the search for the truth. In October, 2008 I launched the first investigative operation in Honolulu. The so-called “media” had never been to Honolulu to look into Obama’s past. I was the first writer to go there and dig, dig, dig.
What I found in Hawai’i surprised even me. There was overwhelming circumstantial evidence that Obama’s biological father was not the Kenyan Obama, but actually the American Frank Marshall Davis. Barack Obama, Senior had merely been a stand-in for Mr. Davis. The claim that Obama had a Kenyan father was a myth that was created by his mother. In my opinion, the awareness of the Kenyan lie is a psychological burden Obama has carried throughout his adult life.
Although I followed the facts in Honolulu where they led, the media attacked me for digging up new information about Obama, despite the fact that mainstream media had done no investigation of their own.
2. The aftermath of the 2008 election:
After the election, I created the theory that Obama could be challenged in the Electoral College. That triggered yet another anti-Obama firestorm. But no one in Congress was brave enough to stand up to Barry O in 2009.

Obama operatives later bribed the cameraman to steal the tape of the conference. We are in court seeking to recover my property.
During my primary campaign for the senate Obama operatives unleashed a torrent of internet attacks, blogs, videos and other rubbish, all trying to influence Illinois voters. As I had originally said after I ended upon the front page of the New York Times, ”If I am so unimportant, why are they paying so much attention?” You judge.
During 2009 the anti-Obama movement broadened, but not always in ways that helped the cause; some of Obama’s opponents became identified as “birthers.” “Birther” is a term invented by the media to disparage people who believe Obama was born in Kenya. I have seen no credible evidence Obama was born in Kenya. I am not a birther. I criticized Orly Taitz, a noisy birther, for being an incompetent lawyer and using false evidence.
3. Where do we stand today?
Tomorrow I am going to formally announce a major new initiative in my ongoing efforts to explore Obama’s “roots.” Here is what I believe we know today.
First, Obama’s “certificate of live birth” is not a birth certificate. There is an original, typewritten 1961 birth document in Hawai’i state archives. That piece of paper is the Rosetta Stone to deciphering Obama’s origins, which is why he has tried so hard to prevent the document from becoming public.
Second, I will be activating my Honolulu lawsuit seeking access to Hawai’i archives. During my senate campaign I was unable to devote attention to the case. As far as I am aware, mine is still the only lawsuit filed against Hawai’i officials.
Third, I will have a lot more to say about my views concerning the “natural born citizen” issue involving Mr. O. Unfortunately, the “natural born citizen” issue was lost by Mr. Berg in the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. Nevertheless, as someone with a combined background in politics and litigation, I will provide a pathway for opponents to follow in the future.
Fourth, Obama stooges in Hawai’i are trying to legislate new hurdles for persons seeking access to the actual birth certificate. More on that tomorrow.
Finally, we are tying together all of the media work we have done so that you can view the ongoing controversy in context. Sorry, I couldn't resist. Don't you mean "the dog ate my homework?"
I am the owner of ADR Productions who was hired by a third party out of Oklahoma to film this so-called National Conference. I can tell you that the TAPES were NOT STOLEN by my company. We own the tapes...NOT Martin-Trigona.
