(CHICAGO)(July 19, 2010) Lawyers, of course, enjoy a reputation as sleazy and crooked. Illinois lawyers are sleazier and more crooked than in most other states. And lawyers who gravitate to Illinois politics are the slimiest of all.
Today we offer four examples: Illinois Republican Chairman Pat Brady, a crooked lawyer who attacked me for telling the truth about Mark Kirk’s lies; DuPage County sex fiend Brien Sheahan who was serving on the DuPage County Board as a Holy Roller “family values” conservative while conducting an adulterous affair with a colleague; John Fogarty “Jr.,” who is a lawyer without an office and claims to be a “Republican lawyer” (Go ahead; Google ‘em.); and Lee Roupas, who was made “Cook County Republican Chairman” and now stands accused of a criminal conspiracy to cover up rape in the Republican Party.
These slime balls pretend to represent the Illinois Republican Party. For shame.
My private investigators have been pursuing John Fogarty, a ferret-like creature who slithers in and out of the State Board of Elections. They will soon be on the hunt for Brien Sheahan of Elmhurst.

The only problem: Fogarty does not have an “office” at his office address. He uses a mail drop to fool the Illinois Supreme Court’s Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission (ARDC).
Last August I whipped Fogarty in court twice in two days in Sangamon County. He and Sheahan attacked me and tried to disrupt my efforts to tell the truth about Mark Kirk. If only Republicans had listened to me in 2009 they would not have a psycho like Kirk at the head of their state ticket in 2010.
Working out of a nonexistent office at a bogus address, Fogarty has now attacked every candidate who is running for office as an independent or non-major party candidate. I have filed a lawsuit to put an end to Fogarty’s harassment of the democratic process.
With creatures like Brady, Sheahan, Fogarty and Roupas creeping and crawling through the sewers of Chicago is it any wonder that Illinois politics is so corrupt, or that the state is bankrupt and dying? A state in which one of the two major parties is led by human detritus such as Pat Brady, Brien Sheahan, John Fogarty and Lee Roupas is a state that is on its way to extinction.

Forty-two years ago as a young law student at the University of Illinois I walked into the Champaign County Courthouse and said “enough.” I began to battle corruption in the Illinois courts and legal profession. Over the decades I have won some major victories. And suffered some defeats at the hands of corrupt judges. But despite my efforts, and the efforts of a few others, Illinois’s lawyers continue to be among the most corrupt in the nation.
Just a few days ago, one of Governor Rod Blagojevich’s “lawyers” told a federal jury that he constantly lied to Blago. Great lawyer to have. A confessed liar.
When you have an adulterous sleazeball such as Brien Sheahan banging one of his co-commissioners, while appealing to the “family values” set, it is enough to make you sick.
A Sangamon County Circuit Judge has scheduled an emergency hearing for July 23rd on my lawsuit to expose Sheahan, Brady, Fogarty and Roupas as well as a few others who give a foul odor to the Illinois Republican Party. Stay tuned.
