(CHICAGO)(March 15, 2008) For almost four (4) years I have been exposing the consummate political charlatan known as Barack Obama. From his bogus “autobiography” with concocted characters, to his links to the hoodlum Chicago political establishment, to his mendacious campaign tactics, I have relentlessly told the truth about Barry Obama. But there were none so blind as those who would not see; none so deaf as those who would not hear.
And the greatest deafness and blindness were found at the Chicago Tribune and Chicago Sun-Times. The Tribune acted like a small town mullet wrapper, boosting Obama as though he were a Chicago brand that was “good for Chicago.” Every time Obama was trapped, he turned to the Tribune to bail him out with exclusive rope-a-dope interviews, photos, etc.
Likewise, because of the Sun-Times’ urban audience, that newspaper was not anxious to publish the truth about Obama.
But the truth was there to see, in plain view:

Yesterday (Friday, March 14, 2008) Obama was back in full damage control mode. After dodging the MLM for months, if not years, about his links to Tony Rezko and Pastor Jeremiah Wright, Obama appeared to open up—if only for a brief interlude. It was all just another Obama illusion.
And once again, ContrarianCommentary.com will have new analysis and a new interpretation on what Obama disclosed—and didn't disclose.
I have no problem with people reading the MLM; honestly, I read them myself. I have a forthcoming column praising them for much of what they do.
But the reality is that in Chicago the MLM have long deceived their readers, and viewers, about the true character of Barry Obama.
Obama has started truth telling, bit by painfully reluctant bit. It’s time for the MLM to do the same. Obama doesn’t want us to know who he is. But ContrarianCommentary.com has been “whistle-blowing” for almost four years. And we will continue to do so. Keep it here.

On Pastor Wright, I have this to say. Probably 50 out of 52 weeks of the year I can be found in the pews of the Episcopal Church. I don’t always agree with the clergy, and I did quietly leave a parish when the rector went beyond the mainstream with his theology. But whatever my occasional differences, I have never heard a sermon that was so divorced from reality that it had to be denounced and renounced.
Obama’s claim that he has been a part of an institution for over twenty years, and yet had no awareness of the controversial claims being preached from the pulpit, is completely unbelievable, mendacious and probably a bald-faced lie. And this man wants to be president? He’s running on judgment, intelligence and bringing us together? More to come in a forthcoming column.
It bears noting that even Friday Obama could not bring himself to tell the truth about Wright on MSNBC, CNN and FNC. No doubt Obama feared a Black backlash if he was candid with the media. Obama pretended and suggested that Wright’s removal from Obama’s campaign had something to do with Wright’s “retirement.” Oh, so it didn’t have anything do with the incendiary sermons? Wright just left? He wasn’t asked to leave? What rubbish. It’s time for Obama to retire his lies.
Finally, truth be known, I sort of like Obama. As a neighbor. There is certainly lot to praise in him and about him. But there is also a lot to criticize. He may be a great American success story. But there is no way I would want him anywhere near the Oval Office. I have taken a great deal of ridicule and criticism for exposing Obama over the past four years. But I have taken the facts and truth where they led me. And I will continue to do so. I have over forty years of credibility as a public interest lawyer and advocate to maintain.
Amusingly, yesterday I received an abusive e-mail from a staffer at the Champaign-Urbana News-Gazette about my latest piece of investigative commentary. The News-Gazette first published pictures about me way back in 1965. Unfortunately, they didn’t believe in me then, and some of them there apparently still do not believe me. A prophet is not without honor... But I will keep prophesying.
And, oh, Pastor Wright. Say it loud and say it proud! God Bless America.
