(CONCORD, NH)(December 28, 2010) In a dramatic example of how nimble a campaigner Andy Martin will be in the Republican Party’s 2012 presidential campaign Martin moved his candidacy announcement from Chicago to Concord, New Hampshire after he was snowed in and unable to fly home to Chicago.

Andy Martin, who created the anti-Obama “Birther” movement with his original columns in 2004, and thereafter detailed the gaps in Barack Obama’s personal history, and who became the target of smear operations by David Axelrod’s Obama campaign mud merchants, will “take it to the next level” when he formally announces as a candidate for President of the United States with dual announcements, first live on WTPL-FM in Concord and thereafter at the State Capitol Legislative Office Building in Concord, New Hampshire on Wednesday, December 29th.

“After I announced that I would make a formal presidential announcement in Chicago, I was literally ‘snowed under’ by the East Coast blizzard. My flight home was cancelled. My team responded by making an advantage of adversity; our ‘Road Warrior Squadron’ came up with a new announcement location in Concord, New Hampshire.

“I want to thank Hawai’i Governor Neal Abercrombie for motivating me to make a final decision to run. Abercrombie’s Christmas Eve attacks on ‘Birthers’ were disgraceful. (link below) While I am not a reluctant candidate I am not particularly looking ahead to criss-crossing the nation.

“But I saw the Republican Party’s ‘establishment’ forfeit the 2008 election when John McCain was afraid to take on Obama and confront him over Obama’s missing family history and resume. I do not want Republicans to repeat 2008’s mistakes. Americans can’t stand four more years of Obama’s ‘socialism and surrender’ policies. Republican Party primary voters deserve a genuine anti-Obama presidential candidate.

“I am also going to try to start some TV production while I am in New Hampshire. We will be the first presidential campaign to air advertising if our financial resources permit. We’ll do as much as campaign contributors provide us with in the way of a budget.”

Martin will be New Hampshire’s Favorite Son in the primary. He spent summers at Hampton Beach as a child. His mother was born in Manchester; she is a 1940 graduate of the University of New Hampshire. Martin’s family emigrated from Greece and was part of Manchester’s vibrant Greek-American community in the early decades of the twentieth century.

“Although I am best known as the author of the columns and book that exposed Obama’s hidden part,” Martin says, “I will not be a one-issue candidate. I have concerns about the Republican Party’s attitudes towards consumer protection. Republicans are too dependent on Wall Street campaign cash. The moneyed leadership of both political parties is too removed from the daily struggles of ordinary Americans.

“I want to build within the Republican Party a ‘Creative Conservatism’ that unites every American family so that united we can ‘Stand Up to Wall Street.’ There will be some very tough and very creative policy proposals coming from my campaign.

“Last week Neal Abercrombie threw down the Birther gauntlet; I hope Abercrombie is ready for the response,” Martin will state.

(NEW YORK)(December 26, 2010) Internet Powerhouse and conservative Republican Party corruption fighter Andy Martin has scheduled a Chicago news conference for Wednesday, December 29th at which he is expected to announce his candidacy for the Republican Party’s 2012 presidential nomination. Martin is currently in New York.

Martin says the “last straw” in inducing him to run was Hawai’i Governor Neal Abercrombie’s latest attacks on the “Birther” movement. Martin is the de facto founder of the anti-Obama Birther movement that reflects doubts about Obama’s family origins

Abercrombie has said he is going to attack Birthers (see links below) by opening Hawaii’s records.

Martin triggered a firestorm of left-wing attacks and a front-page smear by the New York Times when he appeared on a Fox News program and exposed Obama’s socialist agenda during the 2008 campaign.

“Since Barack Obama is ‘vacationing’ in Hawai’i,” Martin stated Sunday in New York where he is meeting with potential supporters for his campaign, “Maybe he could call over to the Hawai’i Health Department and authorize them to release the typewritten copy of his 1961 birth certificate, the so-called ‘long form’ that Obama has steadfastly refused to disclose. What is Obama hiding?

“Has Governor Neal Abercrombie seen the long form?

“There is nothing in Hawaii law that prevents the release of the typewritten long-form birth certificate for the President of the United States. Hawai’i law was intended to prevent the release of personal information involving private citizens, not to conceal a conspiracy by President Barack Obama to hold office when he is constitutionally ineligible to do so.

“Ironically, Mr. Abercrombie is implicitly joining the Birther movement if he really wants to release Obama’s secret Hawai’i records; I say ‘Welcome to the party, Neal. How about starting with the typewritten 1961 long form? Why is it being hidden?’”

“I have made so many trips to Hawai’i to investigate Obama that a local newspaper once called me a resident of Honolulu. I feel at home in Hawai’i. I am the only one of Obama’s critics that has done extensive research in Hawai'i. Obama fears me precisely because I am devoted to finding the facts and searching for the truth, unlike some Birthers who are money-grubbing hucksters and incompetent attorneys.

“What is interesting is that Obama appears to be behind Abercrombie’s latest gambit. Obama arrived in Honolulu and within hours the Birther attacks started, using Obama bird-dog Abercrombie.

“I believe Republican Party presidential primary voters should have the option of expressing their concerns about Obama’s origins, and voting for a candidate who is unafraid to tackle the issue of Obama’s qualifications to serve as president. As a legal scholar and someone who has studied this issue extensively, I am convinced Obama is ineligible to be president. He is an illegitimate president.

“Likewise, Obama is the product not of a Hawai’i ‘marriage’ but rather of an illicit affair if you believe Obama's own fairy tale. His ‘father’ was legally married to a woman in Kenya. There is no way under Hawai’i law Barack Obama Senior could have contacted for a legal Hawai’i marriage. The fact that Obama’s own story leaves him as an illegitimate child motivated me to search for an alternative explanation, which I found in my theory (underscore theory) that Frank Marshall Davis was Obama’s biological father. Obama has never attacked my ‘Davis Theory.’

“Six years ago I created the anti-Obama movement when my research disclosed that Obama was concealing his Muslim origins. I have produced a film on Obama's origins (see below) as well as a bestselling book. In all of this work I have tried to separate my partisan views, i.e. opposition to Obama’s political agenda, from my duties as a scholar and researcher to seek and write the truth. I have consistently and conscientiously stuck to a search for the facts about the Mysterious Mr. Obama. That is why Obama and his thugs fear me, and do not fear other Birther characters.

“My writing and research triggered a movement that now has 100 million Americans questioning Obama’s origins. I call myself a ‘doubter,’ but I accept the media’s use of the term ‘Birther.’ What matters is not what they call us; what matters are the facts and truth about Barack Obama’s origins. That's all I want. That’s what the American people want, and that’s what they are entitled to from their presidential candidates,” Martin said in announcing his news conference.

“John McCain would be sitting in the White House today if he had tackled the Birther issue,” Martin says. “Conventional Republicans are afraid to raise the question of Obama’s origins. That’s why Republican presidential primary voters deserve the option of voting for me as a Republican Birther.

“I will not be a one issue candidate. There are a lot of conservative issues that ‘Wall Street Republicans’ would like to sweep under the presidential campaign carpet. I will be there to speak on behalf of Main Street, not Wall Street.

“And, P.S., while Abercrombie is at it, why doesn’t he ask his pal Obama to release his Punahou School [Honolulu] records, and his Occidental College, Columbia University and Harvard Law School records? How did Saudi stooge Khalid al-Mansour end up on Obama’s list of law school supporters?”

Martin’s Chicago news conferences are known as “Bunker Busters” because of the firestorms they create and the myths they explode.

The 2012 presidential campaign begins in Honolulu on November 9, 2010. Barack Obama fooled a lot of voters in 2007-2008. He won’t fool the American People again in 2012.

Our November 9-16, 2010 Honolulu meeting is titled: Obamacon 2012

The “Third National Conference on Barack Obama’s Missing Birth Certificate, College Records and Religion” will be a landmark in American political history. Never before have ordinary Americans prepared in advance to legally remove an occupant of the White House due to serious questions about his eligibility to serve as president.

Because I have always limited myself to searching for the truth and finding the facts about Barack Obama, I enjoy worldwide credibility as the first investigative scholar on Barack Obama’s early years. I believe it is inappropriate to attack Obama with anything less than the facts and truth. My book on Barack Obama, “Obama: The Man Behind The Mask” continues to sell through the publisher [OrangeStatePress.com] because it is an attempt to get at the truth behind Barack Obama.

As a result of the efforts which I began in 2004 to shed light on Barack Obama’s family history, nearly 100 millions have eventually come to have doubts about Obama’s credibility.

We are the most spontaneous political movement in American history.

All of you want to discuss and review developments in 2010 concerning Obama’s birth, high school/college/law school records and religion. That’s why we organized the Third National Conference for November 9-16 in Honolulu, the supposed “birthplace” of Obama, although Hawai’i officials continue to refuse to release his original 1961 birth certificate.

Why does Obama persist in refusing to release his original typewritten 1961 Hawai’i birth certificate? Why does he refuse to release any of his Punahou School (Honolulu private school) records, his Occidental College records, his Columbia University records or his Harvard Law School records? Obama’s says “trust me.” Nearly 100 million Americans do not.

1. Location

The conference will be held in Honolulu November 9-16, 2010. We plan a number of sessions over that period, as well as ample opportunity for you to conduct your own investigative activity and familiarize yourself with the Obama myth.

Obama saboteurs stole the tapes of our first National Conference in Washington, DC. We will ensure they do not steal the tape of Obamacon 2012. For some reason, Obama and his associates are terrified of the investigative work we do on his personal history. What is he hiding? What doesn’t he want us to find out?

2. Hawai’i freedom of information materials

We are still fighting in court to release Obama’s birth records and Hawai’i state records on the political cover-up orchestrated by Hawai’i Democrats.

3. Conference Registration fee and ID requirement

As always, we need some advance indication of how large the attending group could be to make space-planning decisions. Therefore, we have added a nominal $50 advance registration fee which covers all sessions. Please fill out the attendance form and mail it back with the $50 to arrive in New York before November 8th. Please include a copy of a photo ID so we can confirm your identity when you arrive at the conference. (In order to enhance security there will not be any “at the door” registration.) Once we know how many to plan for, we can work out how formal or informal to be.

We are currently scouting meeting options in Honolulu. We will notify you by e-mail as to the locations. You can also follow developments on our blog. We will be using our original blog, http://nationalconferenceonobama.blogspot.com/, for the third time.

4. Conference agenda

In the near future you will be receiving the first draft of our proposed agenda. You are invited to begin submitting suggestions, comments and proposals for any future revisions.

5. All are welcome—but please bring evidence, not illusions

Anyone is welcome to register and attend our conference. But please, if you want to express a theory, bring some rational, tangible evidence to support your claims about Mr. Obama. Those of you who know me know I am committed to working only with accurate information and, as we lawyers say, “reasonable inferences drawn from the available facts or available documentation.”

Pie-in-the-sky will not fly. Hucksters who use bogus documents to obtain anti-Obama publicity only undermine legitimate inquiries into Obama’s opaque past. We need to search for the truth and look for the facts.

6. Security

We will have adequate arrangements for security in case Obama’s desperate sycophants try to disrupt us again.

7. Media

8. Visitors to Honolulu

We selected November 9-16, 2010 for the conference because the dates fall just before air fares dramatically increase for the holiday season. There are many accommodations options in Honolulu. There are two dimensions to the tragedy Obama has inflicted on the American people. After rigorous study I have come to believe there is a compelling case that he is ineligible to serve as president. That’s the first tragedy: Americans were lulled into voting for a man who was not eligible to serve as president because they were betrayed by the mainstream media and Democratic Party.
