I am working to pull together my columns for a new book, “The Search for Obama.” Whether you like or dislike President Obama, his existence is a fact of history that must be respected. While my partisan opposition to President Obama is well-known, I have also continued independent scholarly research on Mr. Obama since 2004. I attempt to scrupulously separate my political opinions from my scholarly opinions. Whether you agree or disagree with my views, my independent research into Obama-the-man has forced the mainstream media to focus on Barack Obama’s personal life; I am a “watchdog” who is not afraid confront media propaganda about Obama.



With today’s news conference we enter a new zone of psychological profiling: how is Obama’s personal life affecting the performance of his public duties? Once again, Contrarian Commentary leads the way with independent research and provocative analysis about the Obama marriage.



1. Why “marriage” is important



Recently both supporters of homosexual marriage and supporters of traditional marriage have been battling away in the U. S. Supreme Court. The only issue both sides agree on is the importance of marriage as an institution. (As of yet I have taken no side in this controversy.)



In a nation where the personal relationships of public figures range from the puritanical to the libertine, marriage is a balance wheel for all points of view.



Several lifetimes ago when I was on track to become an air force pilot our ROTC instructors told us there was no room for marital dissonance at the breakfast table before we headed for the cockpit. If the state of one’s marriage is important to a pilot’s job performance, how much more important is the state of the president’s marriage to his actions in office?



2. My “psychological profile” of Obama in 2007



Does this guy sound familiar?



Ultimately, his personality matrix left him weak inside, weak under the surface, “all sail and no anchor.” He learned to avoid conflict, not fight. His mother raised someone who would run away, not stand his ground…

He will strive to be a strong leader on the surface, using powerful language and images; but inside he will still be the pied piper of powerlessness…

Obama's natural tendency, his default state of mind, is to evade, conceal, avoid--and escape.

His approach to dealing with his adversaries will ultimately come to be seen as weak.

My 2007 Psychological Profile of Barack Obama’s future leadership style has proven to be uncannily accurate. (Looking back as a “profiler,” I’d have to say I got Obama’s “psychology” better than his “politics.” My own party’s incompetence helped propel Obama into office and keep him there. Ironically, my February 10, 2007 Psychological Profile was the first instance of a writer referring to Barack Obama as a “man behind a mask,” a term which morphed into my 2008 book.



3. The Oval Office



If marital discord can influence a pilot’s performance the state of the president’s marriage is obviously a critical factor in his performance in the Oval Office. President Bill Clinton’s loveless and probably sexless marriage led to his compulsive philandering, right next to the Oval office, and to his disgrace and impeachment.



4. Media reluctance to probe political marriages



Serious journalists remain reluctant to probe the state of presidential marriages. Nevertheless, the world has changed greatly since the 1960’s. Senator John F. Kennedy would never have been a serious presidential candidate today because of his compulsive fornication. LBJ might not have made it on to the national ticket and become president.



Sometimes politicians survive “sex scandals,” sometimes they are brought down by marital infidelity.



In the case of the Obamas’ marriage the media continue to portray the Barack-Michelle relationship as a storybook connection. One of the reasons I am in Hawai’i is to probe how the Obamas relate to each other when they are on vacation in Hawai’i, a place where they have an opportunity to spend more time together and yet apparently do not.



Nevertheless, rumors about the state of the Obama marriage are quite persistent, see Group Link # 2.



5. The “gay rumors” about President Obama



Rumors persist that President Obama is gay. We’ll analyze those rumors tomorrow, in Sunday’s news conference, and discuss how they impact the marriage.



5. The Obama marriage: you be the judge



A.



Michelle Obama: the spendthrift-spouse-in-chief



No one elected Michelle Obama to be the spendthrift-spouse-in-chief. But that’s the role she has arrogated to herself. Michelle Obama treats the U. S. Treasury as her own personal piggy bank. She jetted off to Europe with an entourage of hundreds, all at taxpayers’ expense. Michelle’s “Marie Antoinette” lifestyle is grossly inconsistent with seeking to maximize the image of her husband. Michelle Obama’s casual contempt for the fact that her husband is borrowing money from China to fund her shopping sprees and vacationing – often gussied up as “official visits” so the president personally does not have to pay - reflects contempt for the financial problems facing the American people.



Michelle Obama acts as though she is flaunting her freedom to engage in conspicuous consumption, and as though the president is helpless to do anything about her excesses because she has some sort of “hold” over him. The state of the Obama’s marriage has generated considerable gossip, and a protective reaction by African-American partisans, see Link #3.



B.



The “separate vacations” issue



Whether you like Obama or hate him, whether you consider him a savior or socialist or both, there is no doubt the office of president imposes substantial duties on the occupant, which is why the repetitive “separate vacations” of Obama and his daughters is so strange, and suspicious.



Indeed, I believe that it is through the window of their daughters that we can really see how hollow the marriage of Barack and Michelle Obama really is.



In an interview with Vogue, Michelle Obama stated they “prefer to spend free time with their daughters.” (Please see Link #4) What?



Surely the president’s vacation time is limited. If he prefers to spend his quality time with his wife and daughters, why is he spending it with Tiger Woods? When the Obama family comes to Honolulu, Barack and Michele again live separate lives. Obama makes cameo appearances with his daughters for shave ice and late lunches, but then spends more of his time with his Chicago cronies than he does with his family.



There is a massive gap between the image of Obama-the-devoted-father and the Obama who vacations alone when he could be spending time with his wife and daughters. By constantly vacationing alone the Obamas are flaunting their separation and detachment from each other. If through their separate lives they intend to send a message, that message has been received.



6. My predictions



A.



The future prospect for the Obamas’ marriage



I think there is a strong possibility Michelle Obama will seek the vacant U. S. Senate seat from Illinois in 2016. Senator Mark Kirk’s career is over, despite his protestations to the contrary. Because Kirk is all-but-a-Democrat, President Obama could create a graceful exit for Kirk and provide a vacant seat for Michelle.



If Michelle wants a political career she will opt to continue a Clinton-style fake marriage. If she is through with politics and merely wants to cash in her chips, she will seriously consider a divorce. The current state of the Obama marriage is unsustainable unless both parties continue to live a lie. After 2016 Michelle will no longer be able to impose her lifestyle and spending sprees on the U. S. taxpayer.



B.



Is Obama’s martial situation affecting his job performance?



In my opinion, the family turmoil with Michelle only adds to Barack Obama’s instability and exacerbates the psychological challenges which I predicted way back in 2007. As someone who accidentally became Barack Obama’s first biographer in 2004, I continue to study his actions and to expand and extend my psychological profile of the president.

Andy says President Obama’s “America-is-in-decline” approach to world affairs is the true source of Muslim radicalization



There is no “self-radicalization,” Andy says; Obama himself is the source of Muslim radicalization



(NEW YORK) (May 5, 2013)



Dear Reader:



On April 21st, the New York Times’ respected liberal columnist Thomas L. Friedman referred to President Obama’s “Muslim grandfather.” (Please see Link #1 below). Seven days later, Friedman again referred to “Obama’s “Muslim grandfather.” (Link #1)



It is almost unimaginable today, but nine years ago when I first raised the issue of then-Senatorial candidate Barack Obama’s religion I was attacked by the media for telling the truth. The same New York Times that today allows Friedman to link “Obama’s grandfather” to Islam, in 2008 sought to demonize me by publishing a front-page story making all sorts of false accusations (please see Link #2).



So what’s happened? What’s changed since 2004? Well, Friedman, who has lived in the Islamic world, knows the truth. Islam descends through the father, not the mother. For Friedman to repeatedly state that Obama has a “Muslim grandfather,” while politely overlooking Obama’s putative Muslim father, is to point directly at President Obama’s Muslim roots as a source of our problems in the Muslim world. Friedman may be suggesting, inferentially, that Obama’s heritage is more of an influence and more of a problem than Friedman originally anticipated.



People can change their religion; President Obama says he has done so. But people can’t change their culture and values. Obama says he hasn’t. Obama told New York Times columnist Nicholas Kristof that Obama had a total recall of the Muslim muezzin call to prayer (see link #3).



Obama may claim to have left behind his Muslim roots. But young Muslims such as the Tsarnaev Brothers reject Obama’s “conversion” to Christianity. The Tsarnaevs see our president as a Muslim who has never publicly rejected his family’s faith. Thomas Friedman’s continuing concern with Obama’s family religion is testimony to the fact others agree with me.



Obama’s 2009 Cairo speech and Obama’s constant overtures to radical Muslim nations may be the real reason the Boston Bombers “self-radicalized.” The Tsarnaev brothers may be “Obama’s children.”



I am not for a moment suggesting President Obama intentionally or directly encouraged the bombings. But, indirectly, Obama’s complacent and compliant attitude toward radical Islam has created the conditions and circumstances where young Islamists are not “self-radicalizing” but rather radicalizing directly in response to Obama's stimulus.



After all, why are only Muslims “self-radicalizing?” Lots of people have grievances, all over the world. They are not committing terrorist acts.



When I began to study Barack Obama in depth in 2004 I was alone. The media were spoon-fed Obama’s propaganda.



When I landed in Honolulu five (5) years ago, I was the first scholar to conduct independent research into Obama’s past.



Although I am credited with creating what the media sought to call the “Birther” movement, I had and have nothing to do with some of the thieves and crackpots that have sought to profit from false claims about Obama’s birth. I have found no evidence that Obama was born anywhere but Honolulu. Even the New York Times was forced to admit I clearly differentiate between fact and theory (see Link #2).



In fact, the reason Obama’s henchmen have attacked me so relentlessly over the years is precisely because I only seek to find the facts and to search for the truth.

For the past five years I have convened an annual conference in Washington, DC to discuss my research into Obama, and to present my theories about where we are headed in the future (www.nationalconferenceonobama.blogspot.com).



This year we are combining the national conference with sponsorship by Contrarian Commentary, and we are holding our meetings in Honolulu beginning May 8th. Second, many of the seeds Obama planted in his first term took time to germinate. “Self-radicalization” is one of them. Obama’s unwillingness to stand up for America, and his refusal to defend our values against competing “values” from the less civilized world, have now created a cotillion of continuing terrorism.



Many liberals were offended when conservatives attacked Obama for not defending American “values,” and for appointing an Attorney General who refuses to even mouth the term “Islamic terrorism.”



Anyone who has ever been an avid gardener, as I am, knows plants can take years to grow to maturity, and some plants are just slow starters. I have a plant that went in the ground five years ago; many times I thought he had died, but he is sprouting this year. Likewise, political doctrines do not create an instant response. That is why the Tsarnaev Brothers may be “Obama’s children.” It took time for their violent anti-American attitudes to explode into the reality of the Boston bombings.



Since Obama started planting his seeds in 2009 he has mismanaged (sabotaged?) the federal bureaucracy so as to limit counterterrorism activity. Today, Obama's so-called “self-radicalized” seeds are bearing bitter fruit. Obama planted a lot of seeds in the past four years. The Tsarnaev Brothers are not alone.



If ordinary Americans are not prepared to break through the relentless propaganda of the Obama Administration (Benghazi: “what difference does it make?; Benghazi: “that was along time ago”) then we can expect more anti-American activity from Obama’s children.



It is Obama himself who has radicalized the Muslim world. He has created and presented a portrait of America as being in decline, a helpless and hapless nation. Obama’s actions are “radicalizing” Islamic extremists. There is no such thing as “self-radicalizing.” College students respond to incitement from their environment and from their national leaders. That is why I have labeled the Tsarnaev Brothers “Obama’s children.” There are many more “Obama children” out there.



Please be sure to pass these comments along to your family and friends. Right now I am perhaps the only source labeling Obama’s bogus “self-radicalization” claims what they are: the fruits of Obama’s surrender to the Muslim world over the past four years.



It took Tom Friedman five years to catch up with the reality that Obama was raised in a Muslim family. What are the media ignoring today that they will only admit five years from now when it is too late? At ContrarianCommentary we like to say we “see over the horizon.” Our work in 2004 looks pretty good in retrospect. That’s the best reason to support our continuing efforts.

Eight years ago, in August, 2004, I exposed that Barack Obama was a political fraud. I exposed that Obama’s “autobiography” was mostly a work of fiction, and that in critical respects it involved nonexistent characters. I asked Obama’s publisher to move the book from biography to fiction. No one wanted to hear the truth about Obama. Obama has continued to profit personally from publishing his lies, and he has collected millions of dollars in royalties for a work of fiction.



Four years ago, in October, 2008, I became the first independent investigator to land in Honolulu to look into Obama’s family history. My precedent-setting lawsuit in the Hawai’i courts exposed how local officials were hiding Obama’s birth certificate. The case created a nationwide firestorm that gave “birth” to the “Birther” movement. Today over 100 million Americans continue to have doubts about Obama’s origins.



MSNBC host Chris Matthews reported on September 11th that 1/3 of Ohio Republicans still have doubts about Obama’s origins. (The mainstream media never report the percentage of Democrats who have doubts about Obama’s background.) The movement I created to question Obama’s family history is alive and well. (Watch for another column analyzing the Birther movement.)



Because of my research into Obama’s background I was attacked by the Washington Post, the New York Times and broadcast media. CNN ridiculed my research in Honolulu even though the network had hired a camera crew to follow much of my activity in Hawai’i (video link below). CNN actually taped the lawsuit-in-progress.



The movement I created was “born” on the Interest and continues to spread on the Internet. That’s why ContrarianCommentary.com became the “Internet Powerhouse.”



My research in Honolulu yielded a surprise theory (and I want to emphasize and underline it is still a theory): Barack Obama was actually the biological son of Frank Marshall Davis, not Barack Obama of Kenya. When I announced my “Davis” theory in Honolulu in 2008 I was attacked by News Corporation’s geriatric Rupert Murdoch, who retroactively revoked an invitation his network had given me for what became the most explosive cable network program of the 2008 presidential campaign (video link blow to Hannity’s America). Obama’s media henchman Robert Gibbs went on Fox News to attack me with extraneous accusations based on a lawsuit over a quarter of a century old, where I was the victim of a crime.



My research in Honolulu has stood the test of time. In eight years of writing and research, neither Obama nor anyone else has ever undermined any of the facts I brought forward. It took the Washington Post’s David Maraniss eight (8!) years to catch up with my research (which he failed to credit). Maraniss was still too afraid of repercussions from Obamabots to even mention the “Davis” theory.



Yesterday’s New York Post has a full-page ad for a DVD that advertises “Barack Obama’s real father — Frank Marshall Davis.” I have never met auteur Joel Gilbert and cannot vouch for the movie itself. A new book on Davis also points in the direction of Obama’s biological father being Davis. As I have worked with the puzzle of Obama’s past over the past four years, most of the episodes in Obama’s early life make no sense without the presence of Davis. With Davis in place all of the pieces of Obama’s Hawai’i years fit snugly. More and more analysts are agreeing with my “Davis” theory.



I also produced the first Hawai’i movie in 2009 providing “pictures” of some of the Honolulu way stations in Obama’s life (video link below). You can view the movie in segments.



Why has my research been increasingly accepted, and stood the test of time, while other Obama writers turned out to be flash-in-the-pans? There are two reasons.



First, although I am a political opponent of Obama, and will be announcing a new anti-Obama effort in Manchester, New Hampshire next week, I have scrupulously separated my political views from my scholarly research. If I can’t prove a fact, I won’t allege it. If I have a theory, I label my views a theory, not a fact. I keep my political views and my scholarly research completely separate.



Second, I have not gone where the facts do not take me. Many people have written about Obama’s Kenya “birth.” Very honestly, I have never seen any evidence that would support such a claim. As a respected public interest litigator for forty-four years, I have a simple test: could I stand up in court and present Obama “evidence” to a federal judge? If not, the material is not “evidence” but merely argument or speculation.



Orly Taitz, who is a favorite of the liberal media because she is so over-the-top — the liberals love to feature her as a leader of the anti-Obama movement because Taitz is a caricature of Obama’s opposition with her heavy foreign accent and Soviet-era conspiracy theories – constantly files fictitious claims in courts (this is not to say I disagree with all of Taitz’ claims and theories, only that her dross drives out her legitimate issues). She has been sanctioned for some of her claims.



No judge has ever sanctioned any part of my Obama litigation. We often disagree on legal principles, but I have been extremely “conservative” with my pleadings and presentations in court.



I have also avoided the temptation to engage in conservative-style “Obama Derangement Syndrome,” the way liberals once attacked President George W. Bush with “Bush Derangement Syndrome.” In the words of Dragnet’s TV Sergeant Joe Friday, whose test I adopted as my own, “Just the facts, ma’am.”



So where do we go from here, and where do you fit in? Here are three principles to consider:



First, I no longer consider myself a leader of “Birthers” per se. Rather the movement I launched in 2004 and expanded in 2008 has become the “Anti-Obama Underground.” We operate on the Internet beyond mainstream media manipulation and control. Even Obama continues to recognize the potency of doubts about his family history. He jokes about his “birth certificate” fairly regularly. That’s Obama’s version of gallows humor. Obama knows that my seminal efforts have grown into an enormous but amorphous movement that he can’t stamp out and that now numbers over 100 million Americans with varying doubts about Obama’s character, religion and family history.

Third, in the remaining days of the campaign I will be launching various operations which are all directed at defeating Barack Obama for reelection. One of the popular memes of the left is that Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell launched the “defeat Obama” effort on inauguration day in 2009. The truth is somewhat different. I launched the “defeat Obama” movement in 2008. The sad truth is that Republicans from Senator John McCain on down to his campaign staff were totally incompetent and unable to understand how to deal with Obama’s opaque personal history. Republican Party incompetence helped elect Obama president in 2008.



I pray Mitt Romney doesn’t make the same mistake. Character counts in the Oval Office. The American people ignore that reality at their own peril. Romney has to raise doubts about Obama’s character and integrity (e.g., would a writer lie about his “autobiography? Obama did).



Despite my eight years of efforts to expose Obama, and four years of efforts to defeat him, I will continue to base my reporting on the facts and only the facts. My opinions are opinions based on my analysis of the incomplete evidence and my synthesis of the missing threads in the Obama tapestry.



Ironically, Obama enjoys and exploits the most outrageous “Birthers” because he uses extreme Birthers to excite his base. Obama dislikes me because I have the “Chicago experience” to know where Obama's dirty tricks come from, and to expose how Obama has exported the “Chicago Way” to the Oval Office.

Obama author and investigator Andy Martin will announce Friday that he is launching investigations into Elena Kagan’s private and professional life in Cambridge, Massachusetts and at Harvard Law School. “Since others are concentrating on Kagan’s ‘public’ record, what little there is, we will focus on her personal lifestyle, and specifically evidenced of same-sex relationships,” Martin says. “I note that the so-called ‘mainstream media’ are apparently doing no investigation in Cambridge. The pro-gay New York Times and others have adopted a ‘don’t ask, don’t tell’ policy concerning Kagan’s alleged lesbian links. They are once again simply prostrating themselves before Obama and Kagan. (NEW YORK)(May 14, 2010) ContrarianCommentary.com’s Executive Editor, Andy Martin, will hold a New York City news conference Friday, May 14th to announce that he will lead investigative teams to Cambridge, Massachusetts to investigative Elena Kagan’s private life and personal lifestyle. “Ms. Kagan’s supporters have said she is not a lesbian and has not lived in same-sex relationships,” Martin says. “If so, we should come back empty-handed. But if we find evidence of same-sex relationships, and I have every expectation that we will, Ms. Kagan will be guilty of misleading the American people by proxy, and she will have to step down as a Supreme Court nominee. Deception by a nominee is completely unacceptable.

“Personally, I don’t care about Kagan’s private life. But as an investigative columnist I am interested in persons who engage in deception and denial, and who seek to defraud the American people. The cliché that the ‘cover-up is worse than the offense’ probably applies to Kagan’s sexuality. If she would simply own up to her private lifestyle that would probably end the matter. But her concealment is creating hydraulic pressure for more extensive inquiry into her past and present personal life.

“Given that Kagan has successfully concealed all of her own views over the past three decades, and comes before the American people as a cipher with no family of her own and no record of her own except holding staff and administrative jobs for others, we have a right to conduct a searching pre-employment background investigation into who and what she is.

“No one today would hire a mid-level corporate executive without a complete background investigation into both the proposed employee’s personal and professional lives. Yet the Senate is apparently adopting the Obama’ administration’s ‘don’t ask, don’t tell’ approach to Kagan’s personal life. Why? Is a job on the U. S. Supreme Court less important than a mid-level corporate position? If the U. S. Senate is too silly or too skittish to search for the truth, we are not.

“It is a truism that our judicial systems are ruled by cronyism and concealment. In particular, lawyers fear retaliation from judges if an attorney stands up and tells the truth. That is why our courts are so corrupt and dysfunctional; they are ruled through a conspiracy of silence. Because I do not practice law, I am not afraid to tell the truth. Never have been, never will be.

“We are launching our investigations in Cambridge, and we will scour that city for sources of information and evidence concerning Kagan’s personal and professional life.

“In a Saturday news conference tomorrow we will offer our insight and analysis of Kagan’s efforts to deflect the ‘lesbian issue’ as well as detailing our own ‘hotline’ that will counter the White House’s own pro-Kagan hotline.

“Finally, there is the ‘hypocrisy’ issue,” Martin states. “Kagan made a moral issue of opposing ‘Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell.’ If the issue is 'moral' as she claims, then why is she afraid to stand up and openly profess her own personal solidarity with same-sex relationships? What is her personal morality? Did she hire lesbians to work at Harvard Law School? Did she promote ‘gay’ legal studies and seminars? Good points. But no one knows because the media are engaged in a cover-up and abdication of their responsibility.

“We invite any and every American with knowledge of Kagan’s private life or lifestyle, or years at Harvard Law School, to contact us, either anonymously or by identifying themselves, by e-mail, phone or regular mail. We will sift through the evidence and seek to separate the wheat from the chaff. As I have said in successfully investigating Barack Obama’s past in Hawai’i, we are simply trying to search for the truth and trying to find the facts. ‘Just the facts, ma’am.’”
