Chicago news conference: Corruption fighter Andy Martin documents once again that Senator Mark Kirk is complete military fraud

Beginning in the summer of 2009 (see many links below) corruption fighting independent Internet columnist and blogger Andy Martin exposed U. S. Senator Mark Kirk as a military fraud and mental case. Andy provided DOD records as well as exposing Kirk on live television in Chicago. Illinois’ corrupt, incompetent and completely gullible media published stories that Kirk had been “fighting” in Afghanistan. “Mark Kirk is more than a Walter Mitty,” Andy charges. “He has had serious mental problems all of his life. Most of his life is a lie. And, in 2016, perhaps hoping that I would stay silent, Kirk is recycling his 2010 lies that he was ‘deployed’ in war zones and ‘fought’ in wars and similar delusional claims.

“My complaints to the Department of Defense prompted an investigation that resulted in a warning to Kirk, to stop abusing his military uniform as a political prop. But Kirk goes on lying and posting ridiculous photos. In 2010 he pretended to be a fighter pilot. CNN caught him this week in full battle dress, another fabrication and delusion. Kirk says it was a ‘mistake.’ And yet the local media in Chicago keep protecting Kirk. What is wrong with this picture?

“I may be a prophet without honor in Chicago, but I am a prophet who deals in the truth based on hard facts and evidence. Chicago’s media are complicit in Kirk’s fraud. The local TV stations and newspapers are equally culpable as liars for promoting and broadcasting Kirk’s lies.

“At my prompting, the Department of Defense (DOD) opened an in investigation of Kirk and admonished him to stop playing politics with his imaginary ‘deployments’ overseas, when he was never deployed anywhere,” Andy charges. “DOD has stringent rules prohibiting members of congress from ever being placed in harm’s way. Kirk’s claim that he came under fire in Afghanistan was delusional. His claim that he was ‘fighting’ is nonsense. His claim he told General Stanley McChrystal how to fight the war in Afghanistan is delusional. What is wrong with Chicago media that they publish such delusional claims by Kirk?

“Over and over again Chicago media scorned me for telling the truth about Kirk’s lies and presenting evidence to confirm my claims, all while exalting Kirk as a military impresario.

“I call on Mark Kirk to withdraw as a candidate for reelection. He is a disgrace to the Republican Party. I would very much like to see a Republican U. S. Senate elected in November. But if the price of a Republican senate is having to reelect a liar and fraud, then that price is just too high.

While one of his Senate Republican opponents was attacking U.S. Rep. Mark Kirk in radio ads this holiday season, the five-term congressman and Naval Reserve officer was serving in Afghanistan. Kirk has now returned and will no doubt hit the media Thursday with his assessment of the Afghanistan war and President Barack Obama's handling of the failed airline bombing on Christmas Day. This is the second time the Highland Park Republican has served a brief tour in the war-torn country as an intelligence officer. Last year, he also deployed to Afghanistan over the Christmas holidays, making him the first sitting congressman to serve in a war zone since World War II.

Dear Reader:

Over the past few days there has been a media feeding frenzy over twenty year-old child abuse allegations lodged against film producer Woody Allen by actress Mia Farrow. On Saturday (February 8th) both national network TV shows had stories on the Allen-Farrow battle; the New York Post had a two-page spread (see Group link # 1 below). The New York Times Sunday published Allen’s response to renewed accusations of abuse (Link #1).

What I find outrageous is the way the media, and especially so-called “legal experts” who appear on cable TV channels, have sought to convict Allen and defend Farrow. In the following pages I layout a contrarian analysis of the controversy.

Introduction:

In 1992 Woody Allen was accused of sexually abusing a daughter he had adopted with Hollywood star Mia Farrow. There was a vicious custody case. Twenty-two years later, all of the lawyers and participants are rehashing the dispute. There is a marked anti-Allen hostility in the media; that antagonism has been ginned up by Mia Farrow’s friends such as the New York Times’ Nicholas Kristof who recently published an “open letter” from Allen’s adopted daughter accusing Allen of sexual abuse.

I have looked in vain for some coherent defense of Allen. Allen's former attorney did a creditable job on CNN but was attacked by that network’s resident legal airhead, Sunny Hostin. With the following analysis I hope to place in context why I believe the evidence tilts in Allen’s favor. Be aware that other than Woody and his daughter, no one knows what happened between the two. And there are serious grounds to question whether even today Dylan Farrow even knows the truth.

1. Defending the Constitution vs. defending bad individuals

One of the most mischaracterized phrases from Shakespeare is the line “let’s kill all the lawyers.” Those who hate lawyers (I am in that club as to many attorneys) use Shakespeare to suggest lawyers are inherently evil. Shakespeare intended to convey  exactly the opposite point. Shakespeare believed that evil people wanted to “kill the lawyers” because lawyers defend the Constitution, lawyers defend unpopular clients and lawyers are trained--at least in theory--to stand up against the “king” or, today, our oppressive federal and state governments. Not many of today’s lawyers meet Shakespeare’s lofty standards.

As a young law student I was attacked by the Illinois Supreme court for helping expose corrupt judges on the court. The court launched into a three year investigation of my sex life, my finances and more, all with a predetermined purpose of discrediting me. Two judges were forced to resign from the court after it was exposed they had taken bank stock bribes. I was punished for telling the truth and exposing corruption. It was an incredible baptism under fire for a new law graduate.

Over the decades I have stood up for unpopular persons. People who work in government often think they are imbued with a sacred mission and perfect knowledge to impose their prejudices on the public. That is not the case. The legal system is very imperfect, very corruptible and very prone to political and celebrity influence. The Woody Allen/Mia Farrow case is fascinating because both of the antagonists are celebrities with their respective fan clubs.

Let me also make one thing clear: my legal defense of Allen is not a defense of Allen’s conduct as an adult. Allen’s behavior towards Soon-Yi Previn was despicable but, ironically, suggests he was not guilty of child abuse. For Mr. Allen to state that his “heart” controlled his actions towards Ms. Previn (now Allen’s wife) was disgraceful. However wrongful Allen’s personal behavior towards a 19 or 20 year-old woman, Allen was not accused and is not accused of doing anything illegal with Previn. Rather, we must remain focused on the charges against Allen: that he abused his seven year-old adopted daughter.

2. The child sex abuse prosecutions of the 1980’s-1990’s

Wall Street Journal editorial writer Dorothy Rabinowitz won a Pulitzer Prize in part for exposing unfounded child sex abuse prosecutions. The most abusive prosecutions occurred in liberal Massachuseets. The Gerald Amiraut child abuse trials consumed decades. Children’s accusations of “magic rooms” and other nonsense were all found to be coached by adults (see Group Link #2 below).

Amazingly, in all of the current verbiage about Allen and Farrow, no one has ever mentioned the irrational child abuse environment of the 1990’s even though false charges of sexual abuse had become a national scandal at the same time when Allen’s behavior was being evaluated.

Likewise, in Wenatchee Washington, more bizarre and legally unfounded child sexual abuse allegations were prosecuted and ultimately found to be fraudulent (Group Link # 2 below). The bottom line: children in almost every state made false accusations of child abuse; these imaginary or exaggerated accusations triggered an avalanche of unfounded and legally improper prosecutions. Sunny Hostin, who was only too willing to convict Allen on CNN, apparently does not have the slightest awareness of the history of false child abuse prosecutions in the 1990’s.

3. Kramer v. Kramer triggers a tidal wave of custody wars

While it is always difficult to precisely establish a “date” when the legal “climate” changed, the film “Kramer v. Kramer” involved a custody battle between two parents and may have been the turning point when fathers began to fight for custody of their children. Although there may have been a nascent “father’s rights” movement before Kramer v. Kramer, the Hollywood movie triggered efforts by more and more fathers to seek legal custody. Today, in 2014, fathers’ rights are not yet on a par with mother’s rights but fathers enjoy many more protections than they did prior to Kramer.

Immediately in the wake of the fathers’ rights movement there was a counterattack by attorneys representing women in family court or (as they are called in New York) in matrimonial matters. So long as fathers paid and did not contest custody, child abuse was apparently virtually nonexistent. As soon as fathers began to seek custody, all of a sudden dads became child abusers and sexual predators.

Today false accusations of child abuse are an endemic problem in the state courts. Contrary to what CNN dingbat Sunny Hostin says, most accusations of child abuse are false. The false accusations originate with mothers, not fathers. Mothers can be incredibly malignant in coaching their helpless young children to hate their fathers. Children are impressionable and they can be taught to say almost anything and everything. In bitterly contested divorce cases sexual and child abuse accusations are almost a routine form of pleading.

In fact, the “false accusations of child abuse” industry has become such a threat to the functioning of the judicial system that many states have enacted penalties for these bogus accusations. And psychologists have created a new explanation for the divorce-related victimization of children: Parental Alienation Syndrome (see Group link #3) Parental “brainwashing” is an accepted medical fact.

Neither Sunny Hostin nor any of the media’s other so-called experts have even mentioned Parental Alienation Syndrome and the cumulative impact of brainwashing on impressionable children (Link # 3) in discussing the Allen/Farrow battle.

4. Who were/are the good guys in the Allen/Farrow wars?

Once you place Mia Farrow’s 1990’s accusations of child abuse in the context of the bogus child sex abuse prosecutions and the growing evidence of parental alienation syndrome, the battlefield tips in Woody Allen’s favor.

So who were the “good guys” and who were/are the bad guys in the ongoing imbroglio?

Th good guys were the staff at Yale New Haven Hospital who found that Dylan Farrow had not been abused. The Yale staff found that Dylan had difficulty distinguishing fantasy from reality. Please note the apparent clarity of Yale New Haven’s findings in what was at best an opaque situation. New York political hack “Justice” Eliot Wilk nevertheless threw out the carefully reasoned findings of the hospital and substituted the judge’s own personal bias in the Farrow/Allen custody wars.

5. Who were the bad guys in the Allen Farrow sex abuse wars?

A. At the top of my list of current bad guys are bogus media “experts” such as Sunny Hostin and others, who pontificate on the Allen/Farrow situation without any historical knowledge or practical appreciation for celebrity litigation. Hostin is not the only legal jerk, but she is among the worst.

B. Frank Maco, the prosecutor who raped the Constitution

Perhaps the biggest “devil” in the current brouhaha is retired Connecticut prosecutor Frank Maco who accused Allen of child abuse but refused to prosecute. Under our system of justice, prosecutors do not get to “convict” defendants by merely accusing them of crimes. They have to produce evidence.

While Maco has always maintained he acted to protect Dylan Farrow, his claim is a barefaced lie. If Yale New Haven had found credible evidence of abuse, the State of Connecticut could have easily prosecuted Allen with expert testimony. But there was no expert testimony. So Maco decided to “convict” Allen by accusing him of sexual abuse (“probable cause”) without allowing Allen to defend himself. And we accuse foreign judicial system of lacking due process? Connecticut state courts are notorious for fostering false prosecutions.

Violations of due process and outrageous prosecutorial abuses also exist in every jurisdiction of the U. S. Frank Maco should burn in hell for raping the Constitution and violating his oath of office as a public official. And, no surprise, when Allen complained about the injustice of being accused of a crime without any opportunity to defend himself, the clubby Connecticut judicial system protected the perjurious prosecutor Maco.

C. Justice” Eliot Wilk, a devious political hack

New York’s mayor recently ran for office by promoting a “tale of two cities.” Indeed, there are. There is the veneer of Broadway, the financial district and Central Park. And there is the underlying infrastructure of sleaze, corruption, incompetence and greed characterized by New York City and State governments. The local judicial system is especially corrupt and prone to improper influence. “Justice” Eliot Wilk ignored the findings of Yale New Haven Hospital and imposed his own version of reality on Woody Allen and Mia Farrow.

Divorce (matrimonial) court judges are known by their personal biases. Some judges are grossly pro-woman and others are balanced or pro-man. But they are biased. Allen was the victim of a biased court system and a “justice” who was currying favor with one side of a two-sided celebrity couple.

6. Celebrity “mothers” and their narcissistic “adoptions”

A. The Farrow stable of adopted and natural children

I am not sure even today I can sort out how many natural children Farrow had and how many she adopted. While the liberal media love to lionize Hollywood celebrities for adopting children, there is no way any woman - let alone a celebrity - can properly “mother” a brood of a dozen total strangers. More likely, the children mothered each other. Most of Farrow’s children were adopted, and many were third world adoptees.

Adopted children have special needs. They are ripped from their original families and left helpless with new parents. Being dumped in a household of a dozen unrelated children would be emotionally disorienting for any child. So, no, Mia Farrow was never the "Madonna" the liberal media portrayed her to be. Farrow was a complete flake. When adopted parents are mentally unstable as in Farrow’s and Allen’s case, anything can happen.

B. Adoption is not cost-free and stress-free for children

Soon-Yi Previn is the “stepchild” in the Allen Farrow custody war. Soon-Yi has no birth certificate and even her age is uncertain. She is a lost child in the truest sense of the term. Soon-Yi knew Andre Previn as her “father.” Farrow held up Allen as an authority figure. It is not surprising, though it is deeply distressful, that Soon-Yi developed an attraction for Allen. She had not bonded to either Farrow, Previn or any other “parent.” In fact, Soon-Yi was in all probability clinically motivated to attract Allen precisely because she was desperate for a “parent.”

A responsible adult would have gently discouraged Soon-Yi’s interest. But Allen succumbed. Allen's deformed ego could not distinguish between a helpless child and his own sexual gratification. Because Woody eventually married Soon-Yi, she has been forgotten in the drama over Dylan Farrow.

Every adopted child, even when placed in a loving, stable single-child family home, faces severe emotional challenges. The liberal media have never questioned how Farrow parented a dozen unstable and emotionally vulnerable children. Obviously, she did not. And when Farrow’s own familial hegemony was challenged by the supremely narcissistic actions of Woody Allen, she exploded and accused Allen of sexual abuse only a few months after Farrow had vouched for him in court as a good father.

I don’t know for sure if Woody Allen is a sexual abuser. But I am certain that the egoistically ascendant Mia Farrow was a massive emotional abuser of her stable of a dozen helpless kids. No person can properly parent a dozen special needs children, all at a time when she is distracted by celebrities, Hollywood projects and a contemporaneous boudoir of her sexual partners such as (by Farrow’s own admission) Frank Sinatra and others.

Mia Farrow for “Mother of the Year?” Not in 1992 and not in 2014. Why Farrow’s cronies in the media such as Kristof continue to provide her with a platform to abuse Allen is impossible to know. The more you know about Mia Farrow, the more she becomes just as creepy as her adversary Woody Allen.

C. The narcissistic film producer

What can you say about Woody Allen? I have never seen any of his movies. Perhaps the best phrase to describe Allen is one attributed to Senator Claire McCaskill, who said Bill Clinton was a good man “but she didn’t want her daughter around him.” I can’t judge Allen as an artist. But as a 51 year-old man, playing around with a 19 or 20 year old, whom he met through his “wife” Mia Farrow, Allen was creepy. That Allen eventually married Soon-Yi Previn dos not excuse his conduct. Although often misrepresented as Allen’s “daughter,” Soon-Yi was never Allen’s “daughter;” she was the product of a prior celebrity adoption by Farrow and conductor Andre Previn,

7.  What probably happened?

No one will ever know what happened. But in a family where every child and all the adults were in therapy, how can you sort our fact from fiction? Whether at Farrow’s behest or Allen’s behest, every child was receiving mental therapy. Were they all defective children? Doubtful. The children were victimized by defective parenting. It would be impossible for the emotionally unstable and utterly narcissistic Mia Farrow to properly parent a dozen children under any circumstances, even if they were all her natural kids. But adoptess have special needs. Multi-cultural third world adoptees have even more complex needs.

Dumping a dozen unrelated and emotionally vulnerable children in a household superintended by two goofy adults was and is a prescription for disaster. So Farrow in reality had assembled a virtual menagerie of children to satisfy her own emotional fantasies. When Farrow added the similarly narcissistic input of her “partner” Woody Allen, who never lived with Farrow and “parented” by long distance from across Central Park, the children were vulnerable to being unduly influenced in a lurid custody war.

I can defend Woody Allen because he was obviously victimized by corrupt legal systems in Connecticut and New York. His own emotional instability and sheer weirdness made him vulnerable to temptation. But there is not remotely sufficient evidence to support the accusations of sexual abuse lodged against him and blandly accepted by media dopes such as Sunny Hostin and others.

(NEW YORK) (April 26, 2012) Will wonders never cease? Early April 25th I issued our “Honolulu Bulletin: Countdown to Honolulu,” announcing my research team would be landing in Hawai’i on May 2nd. Within hours, conservative Author Jerry Corsi published a story announcing that my original 2008 theory about President Barack Obama’s true biological father is now the topic of a new movie by Joel Gilbert. The movie is now being sold on WorldNetDaily.com (link below).



To be entirety clear and precise, I consider Jerry Corsi a friend. But we are friendly competitors. We do not share research and we compete for Obama information. I don’t have any link to WorldNetDaily.com. So, frankly, I was stunned when one of my friends in Chicago notified me of Corsi's new article Wednesday evening (April 25th).



I have not seen Joel Gilbert’s film nor do have any direct link to the film. (As I told MSNBC’s Chris Hayes in 2007, all Obama research stems from my original research.) I am generally aware that “indecent” photos of the president’s mother have been linked to Frank Marshall Davis but I have chosen to avoid some topics involving Obama’s mother such as the sex photos.



Nevertheless, the strange coincidence of my announcement confirming my trip in the morning, and a conservative “endorsement” by late afternoon, both on April 25th, confirms what I have said. My independent research and analysis drives the media crazy and drives the Obama “command” crazy because I have been driving the agenda on Barack Obama for the past eight years, since my original 2004 research on Obama’s grandfather and “Kenyan father,” research that was confirmed just last week by the British government.



Keoki Kerr and I sparred over these issues in 2010 during one of my earlier research trips to Honolulu (see link below-video apparently no longer available from KITV). (Kerr was somewhat confused by my views.)



I was the first independent investigator to land in Honolulu, in 2008, and my presence in Hawai’i and my efforts to interview Obama’s grandmother prompted the then-presidential candidate to turn his campaign plane around and fly to Honolulu to preempt me. Now we know why. I was coming closer to the Rosetta Stone about Mr. Obama’s family history.



My latest visit to Honolulu, next week, may also roil Hawaii’s’ political waters. Governor Linda Lingle, now a candidate for U. S. Senator, was someone who promoted the Obama’s-father-was-Obama on the eve of the 2008 election. Lingle consistently frustrated and denied my efforts to find the facts and search for the truth about Obama’s family history. Lingle helped make bad law in Honolulu on the issue of public accessibility to Honolulu’s historical records (see link below to history of the controversy, ObamaReleaseYourRecords).

We’ll have some new bombshell disclosures of our own both before we leave and in Honolulu after we arrive there. What is amazing to me is the way President Obama has kept doubts about his parentage alive by refusing to be forthright and candid with an honest and independent historical researcher such as myself. All I have ever searched for is the truth, and all I have ever tried to find is the facts about “Obama in Hawaii.” By delaying my efforts and seeking to block my research. Obama has done continuing damage to his on credibility.



I do not believe I exaggerate when I state, unequivocally, that the “doubter” vote, i.e. persons who have doubts about President Obama but may not subscribe to “Birther theories,” is going to be the “swing vote” that swings the 2012 presidential election.



Stay tuned for more bombshells. Not just from me, but from other conservatives that follow and monitor my own research and, in the case of the new “Frank Marshall Davis movie,” have now validated and confirmed my own prior research and supported my original investigation in Honolulu. Unlike Obama's mainstream media sycophants, for the past eight years I have been 100% correct in researching and writing about President Obama. No one else can match that record of historical accomplishment and accuracy.

(PALM BEACH)(December 3, 2010) I have followed Kathleen Parker’s career since she was a writer at the Orlando Sentinel in the 1980’s. Parker is a liberal’s idea of what a conservative should be. That's why she won a liberal Pulitzer Prize. She is “conservative” in a middle-of-the-road sort of way, nonconfrontational and pleasant without being pungent. That’s why CNN chose Parker to be a punching bag for Eliot Spitzer.

The strange thing is, Parker appears to have been the last one in on the joke. She apparently thought she was selected to be on CNN because of her “gravitas” and “manners.” Wrong.

Thursday night (December 2nd) Jay Leno cracked a joke about the coming crackup at Parker-Spitzer. Bad sign. The late-night jokesters are usually the last stop before you get put on the midnight bus to Milledgeville.

Personally, I thought that Kathleen Parker was wrong for the job. She was a total mismatch for Eliot Spitzer. I did not write about the new show when it opened for a couple of reasons. First, I had applied to go up against Spitzer. Parker beat me out. If I came out as critical from the gitgo it might have looked like sour grapes. Second, you hate to be down on something at the start. So I let time take its toll. Now that Parker-Spitzer is all but buried, I can comment.

Parker and Spitzer were mismatched for a number of reasons.

Parker made a big point in media interviews, and even on her own show, of her superior “manners.” Puuuhleeze. When someone tells you how upstanding their manners are, that’s a sign of bad manners. Or sheer stupidity.

Second, love or hate Eliot Spitzer, he’s an experienced advocate. To put a tough advocate up against a creampuff journalist was like putting a heavyweight boxer in the ring with a lightweight “contenda.” It’s no match.

I watch all the cable TV bobbleheads during the evening but I did not pay much attention to Parker-Spitzer because it was so wimpy. Parker would look adoringly in the direction where guests were sitting, and Spitzer would bang away at his agenda. It was “no match” and soon it will be “no mas.”

You can’t pair an experienced aggressive lawyer with someone who is new to TV, and trying to flaunt her manners, and expect a fair fight.

The negative publicity in the New York Post (see links below) is an invitation to Parker to take her leave. CNN sources are portraying Parker as a churlish eccentric who is angry at being pushed around by Spitzer. Worse, we now know Parker has her dog on the set. Not many people write an employment contract that calls for their dog to be in the office.

The fact that “dog-in-the-office” stories are now surfacing on Page Six in the New York Post is a sure sign CNN is hoping Parker will walk the plank voluntarily and not have to be pushed overboard.

You don’t need a liberal/conservative split on a show to have an interesting program. Keith Olbermann is a vicious leftist with a Chavista agenda, but his show is interesting (and humorous) because of the leftist spear-chuckers he brings out to support his majesty. Likewise, Sean Hannity usually manages to hold attention even though his show is heavily skewed to the right. Leftists are under no illusions when they appear on camera with Hannity; they are there to be punching bags for Sean’s agenda.

CNN has a fundamentally flawed broadcasting strategy, and it’s going to get worse. Here’s why. You can be left, or you can be right. But you can’t be mush. If you want to serve up a real conflict between left and right (which Parker-Spitzer was incapable of delivering) you need balanced talents on both sides. You can’t have Miss “Manners” on one side (Parker) and Mr. “Tough Guy” on the other (Spitzer), and expect a fair food fight.

CNN continues to perpetuate a flawed strategy. I am not an admirer of Rachel Maddow’s views (MSNBC) but I occasionally sample her program because of her passionate leftist inanity. She’s entertaining. Larry King was a colossal bore. Now CNN is replicating King’s boring show with a British bore. Piers Morgan is equally doomed to failure.

Reality: not many celebrities today can sustain an interesting one-hour conversation. Most celebs are just plain dumb, and boring. Fifteen minutes, maybe half an hour at the most. King was out of another era, and CNN’s attempts to “freshen” a dated format with a new practitioner won’t move the ratings very much.

Well, CNN can now hire me to replace Parker. No one has ever called me a creampuff. And I’d also like to take on Anderson Cooper and all of his anti-Birther lies as well. CNN can’t do any worse with me than they did with Parker. In the meantime, Kathleen can head back to South Carolina and luxuriate in her superior “manners.” It’s the 150th anniversary of the start of the Civil War. They need her down there. Kathleen, call home.

CNN, get a life, and get a real programming schedule before MSNBC and Fox News eat any more of your lunch. You can’t draw viewers with creampuff programs. Piers Morgan will follow in Larry King’s footsteps. Just give Morgan a few moths. You’ll see.

THE VERDICT: The Parker-Spitzer marriage is doomed. Call the next case.

Why is Anderson Cooper misleading his audience?

(NEW YORK)(April 23, 2010) Anderson Cooper has a segment he calls “Keeping Them Honest” on his CNN show “Anderson Cooper 360”. But who keeps Anderson Cooper honest? Apparently no one.

Wednesday evening I was surfing the cable channels and came up with an Anderson Cooper 360 discussion of Barack Obama’s missing birth certificate.

Cooper was shamelessly pro-Obama. His segment on the birth certificate had as “guests” two individuals who are also shamelessly pro-Obama. Roland Martin is seemingly on Obama’s payroll as well as CNN’s. John Avlon is a militant anti-conservative. No one spoke for the American people.

Cooper led off the pro-Obama roll by saying that Obama was the victim of “false internet rumors.” While there is no question that some unscrupulous individuals have disseminated false claims about Obama, I have constantly fought for the facts and searched for the truth. In other words, Cooper focuses on the discredited writers while ignoring those who have fought for full disclosure by President Obama.

Cooper suggested that Hawai’i officials had verified Obama’s identity. But what kind of “verification” has Hawai’i produced when half the American people don’t believe them? Hawai’i officials have even covered up their coverup of the birth certificate dispute. In a letter to me the Hawai’i Attorney General has claimed “executive privilege” for his advice to Governor Linda Lingle on Obama’s birth certificate. Hello?

I am hoping to file a suit to expose the coverup when I arrive in Honolulu next week.

So what are the facts, what is the bottom line?

1. The Founding fathers created a special test for president. The president had to be a “natural born” citizen. The term “natural born” is found nowhere else in the Constitution. Two hundred years ago the term “natural born” had a clear constitutional meaning. The founders knew what they were doing when they added the natural born requirement to the presidency.

2. Obama has constantly played word games with his birth certificate. Hawai’i officials have constantly reaffirmed they have the original, typewritten 1961 birth certificate. But they refuse to release it. Instead, they have issued a laser printout from a data base. That is not a copy of the 1961 original. The 1961 original had much more detailed information on it; it is that missing detail from the typewritten original that Obama is trying to hide.

3. By his own admission Obama is not constitutionally eligible to serve as president. His father was not an American citizen; he may not have even a permanent resident. He was a visiting student. “Natural born” requires that both parents be Americans. Obama admits he fails to meet the constitutional test. He is a usurper.

4. Obama is an “American citizen” even though he is not a natural born citizen. There is no doubt in my mind that Obama was born in Hawai’i. I have never seen any credible evidence to the contrary. But it is not enough to be an American citizen to be elected president. You must be a natural born citizen. Obama fails the test which was adopted by the founding fathers precisely to weed out people like Obama who were born with dual nationality (United Kingdom [Kenyan colony] and United States).

5. These facts are straightforward and largely undisputed. Why won’t Anderson Cooper put CNN’s legal expert, Jeff Toobin, and me together to debate the “natural citizen” clause of the Constitution? Because Cooper is peddling a lie to his audience. Cooper is promoting Obama’s frauds and fantasies, intended to keep Obama in the White House when he is not constitutionally eligible to be there. Cooper may claim that he “keeps others straight,” but he fails to keep himself straight.

Instead, the mainstream media keep mainlining Obama snake oil into the veins of the American people. Well, guess what? Americans are smarter than the media and Obama. Americans now realize they elected a fraud in 2008, and they can’t wait to serve Barack Obama with his moving papers.

NOTE: Obama is also concealing his college records at Occidental College, Columbia University and Harvard Law School. Since Obama’s law school education may have been financed in part by Saudi Arabian Wahhabi cash funneled to him through Khalid Al-Mansour, he obviously has a reason to conceal that information. And until and unless Obama tells the American people the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth about his past we have every right to question him, to be suspicious of him and to keep searching for the truth.
